Peggy H. Fishman, M.D.
(In memoriam of our Founder)
Dr. Fishman is Board-Certified in both Ophthalmology and Anti-Aging Medicine.She is a licensed physician and surgeon in Connecticut, Kentucky and Indiana. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Academy of Pediatrics, American College for the Advancement of Medicine, The Immortality Institute, American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, The Endocrine Society, the American Society for Pediatric Ophthalmology/Strabismus, the American Society of Bariatric Physicians and the Life Extension Foundation. Dr. Fishman is a Fellow & Board-Certified in Anti-Aging &mRegenerative Medicine since 1999 by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Fishman is Founder and Medical Director of the Integrative & Age-Management Medicine (IAAM) with centers in Ridgefield, Connecticut and Louisville, Kentucky. Her center has been recognized by the Life Extension Foundation as one of the most innovative clinics in America. She has special interest in bio-identical hormone replacement, the role of inflammation in aging and the aging eye.
Stavan Bhatt, MS., MEd.
Stavan is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, American College for the Advancement of Medicine, The Endocrine Society, the American Society of Bariatric Physicians and the Life Extension Foundation. Stavan was Board-Certified by the American College of Anti-Aging Sports Medicine Professionals, a division of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine in 2003. He is the Director of Research/Development for the Integrative and Age-Management Medicine center (IAAM) with clinics in Ridgefield, Connecticut and Louisville, Kentucky. He has been worked with Dr. Fishman since IAAM’s formation in April of 1997. In his past responsibilities, he was the lead exercise physiologist for Medical Weight Management in consulting obese and overweight patients on nutrition and exercise.

Lydia Pearson, RN.
Lydia received her nursing degree from the University of South Carolina – Aiken. She began her career in the field of neurosurgery before moving to aesthetics, becoming a certified nurse injector for: Botox, Juvederm, Dysport, and Restylane, among many others. Lydia is a member of American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She is one of the top 10 recognized trainers for several different pharmaceutical companies for the administration of multiple aesthetic products, and continues to develop her skills in this ever-advancing field of anti-aging medicine.

Melanie Moore, APRN.
Melanie Moore is a nationally board-certified advanced practice registered nurse. She received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Louisville in 2012. Prior to this she received her Bachelorette degree in Nursing from McKendree College in 2003. She has also previously been certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She is a member of the American Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine and attends the World Congress Meetings every December. She is also working to complete her Functional Medicine Fellowship.
Melanie has a very diverse background in the medical field. For over 7 years, she was a certified operating room nurse in Louisville's only level one trauma center, University Hospital. As an APRN, Melanie has been involved in over 200 clinical trials focused on obesity, diabetes mellitus, gout, thyroid disorders, migraines, osteoarthritis, kidney and liver disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiovascular disease. She has also worked in pain management for spine related issues.
Melanie feels passionately about preventative/integrative medicine and takes a holistic approach with all patients. She enjoys educating our clients on optimizing health and working with them to achieve their health-related goals.
She is a proud member of the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives as well as the American Nurses Association.
Phillip “Flip” Fishman
is the IAAM Chief Administrator of the Institute of Anti-Aging Medicine and Medical Weight Management.
Kiley Brown Newton, APRN.
She has worked as a nurse practitioner in wellness and preventive medicine, as well as clinical dermatology and aesthetics. She believes strongly in integrative medicine and the person’s ability to be well, age, and thrive beyond the boundaries of conventional medical models. Kiley is a Louisville native and attended Sacred Heart Academy High School. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisville. Kiley earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Ball State University in 2013, and graduated with summa cumlaude honors. She has a national board certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License by the Kentucky Board of Nursing. Kiley is also a member of the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives.
